السعر الأساسي

السعر الأساسي هو السعر الذي يتلقاه المنتج من المشتري لقاء وحدة من سلعة أو خدمة مما ينتجة بوصفها مخرجًا مخصوما منها أية ضريبة تدفع ومضافًا إليها أي إعانة (يتم تلقيها) على تلك الوحدة (على المنتجات) نتيجة لإنتاجها أو بيعها. ولا يشمل السعر الأساسي أية تكاليف تقل يقيدها المنتِج على الفاتورة على حدة. ويشتمل الضرائب على الإنتاج وهي تلك المرتبطة بممارسة العمل الإنتاجي بغض النظر عن عدد الوحدات المنتجة.

والسعر الأساسي يقيس المبلغ الذي يحتفظ به المنتج ولذلك فإنه هو السعر الأصم لاتخاذ القرارات من جانبية المنتج. فعندما تقيد المخرجات بالأسعار الأساسية فإن أية ضرائب تدفع فعلا على المنتجات تعامل كما لو أن المشتري دفعها مباشرة إلى الحكومة بدلا من كونها جزءًا لا يتجزأ من السعر المدفوع للمنتج.
