الإنتاج غير السوقي

الإنتاج غير السوقي هو خدمات غير سوفية تقدمها الحكومة العامة والمؤسسات غير الهادفة للريح وتخدم الأسر المعيشية لصالح القطاعات الأخرى. ويشتمل على ما يلي: مجموع قيمة السلع والخدمات المقدمة من قبل الوحدات المنتجة غير السوقية (القطاع الحكومي العام، المؤسسات غير الهادفة للربح) وتخدم الأسر المعيشية المقدمة لصالح الوحدات المؤسسية الأخرى أفراد أو جماعات أو شركات أو لصالح المجتمع ككل وذلك مجانًا أو بأسعار غير ذات دلالة اقتصادية. إذا كانت مخرجات الوحدات المكونة لهذا القطاع تتكون من:

مخرجات غير سوقية جماعية، وهي عبارة عن سلع وخدمات جماعية، يتم توفيرها للمجتمع ككل أو لقسم كبير من الأسر المعيشية ومعظم هذه الخدمات تقدم مجانًا.
مخرجات غير سوفية فردية: وهي عبارة عن خدمات فردية تقدم إلى فرادي الأسر المعيشية. وغالبًا تقدم بأسعار ليست ذوات دلالة اقتصادية.
